Major lender slashes mortgage rates offering lowest deal at ‘competitive’ 3.58%

The new rates take effect on Friday, December 5, and are available to new and existing customers.

Nationwide to cut fixed rates across mortgage range

Nationwide has revealed that it is cutting rates across its fixed rate mortgage range from tomorrow, Friday 5th December 2025.  The lowest rate now offered is 3.58%, which is the first time Nationwide has gone below 3.60% since September 2022.
