Officially launched on 17 July 2025 at the Palais de la Culture d'Abidjan, in the presence of Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé, the National Tax Civic Awareness Tour (TNCCF) is taking place this year under the theme "Tax citizenship and development". The objective is to increase citizens' understanding of the role of taxation and to fulfil it voluntarily, in a spirit of contribution to national progress.
