The body of a Texas 18 year old was found Monday, after he slipped and fell 50 feet over a waterfall at Olympic National Park.

The Sol Duc Falls area in the Olympic National Park is closed while rescue teams recover the body of an 18-year-old man who fell down the 50-foot waterfall.A young man was seen walking across rocks on top of the falls when he slipped Sunday, the park reported. He resurfaced at the bottom of the waterfall, then resubmerged afterward.

Body found 'completely submerged,' pinned under national park waterfall

The National Park Service closed the Sol Duc Falls area after an 18-year-old man fell over the 50-foot waterfall. Recovery efforts are underway.
