Hannover (dpa) – VW was not allowed to shorten the Gratification to employees who had a service anniversary on 1 January 2025. This was decided by the Landesarbeitsgericht Niedersachsen in the first two cases. VW had to pay the difference back to them. The court thus confirmed judgments of the Arbeitsgericht Braunschweig from last September and rejected the appeal by VW. The verdict is not yet legally valid. Further cases are pending in mid-June…
