Hurricane Center Highlights New Wave Off of African Coast

ATLANTIC OCEAN NEAR AFRICA, AUG 9 – Invest 97L near Africa has a medium chance to develop during the active Atlantic hurricane season when 97% of tropical cyclone activity occurs, the National Hurricane Center said.
