NASA Captures Image of a Salt Lake in an Extinct Sahara Volcano

An astronaut aboard the International Space Station (EEI) captured an impressive image of the inactive volcano Emi Koussi, located in the Sahara Desert. With this, the researchers managed to identify an old salt lake.
