Tuesday, December 16, 2025 – 16:24 WIB Jacarta – Three defendants in the case of alleged corruption of the educational digitization program by purchasing Chromebook and Chrome Device Management (CDM) laptops at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2019-2022 allegedly caused financial losses to the state amounting to IDR 2.18 billion.

The Public Prosecutor revealed that Nadiem Makarim received IDR 809 billion in an alleged corruption case involving the procurement of Chromebook laptops while still serving as Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
