Second Harvest Food Bank calls for Medicaid, SNAP funding protection

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee and various federal and state nonprofit advocacy organizations hosted a news conference Thursday at noon to call on elected officials to protect Medicaid and SNAP funding.
