Police in Mwanza District have arrested 22-year-old Ramzy Dailes for possessing 80 litres of fuel without a permit. Mwanza Police Deputy Spokesperson Ritta Nyirongo said the arrest was made yesterday during patrols led by District Police Commander Limbikani Bekete aimed at tightening security.
