Police identify Hayden Island homicide victim

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The victim of a Hayden Island homicide has been identified by Portland police. Richard Bowers (PPB) Richard Lee Bowers, 57, of Portland, was identified as the man who was found dead on the west end of Hayden Island on June 26.
