Murder charge laid after woman's body found at home
Blaise McIntyre, 25, was refused bail after police said the woman died from a domestic violence-related stabbing and a crime scene was set up.

- McIntyre appeared briefly in bail court on Sunday, where he was formally refused bail and remains in custody. He is scheduled to face Newcastle Local Court on June 17.
- Separately, the state's Homicide Squad is investigating an unrelated stabbing death in Argenton. Police report a group of masked intruders forced entry early Sunday morning, killing a man before fleeing.
