An eight-year-old boy died after an SUV struck him while crossing a Bandra road. The motorist, Megha Rawal, was arrested and charged with culpable homicide. Mumbai: 8-year-old run over by SUV, nutritionist held

A 45-year-old woman in Mumbai, driving an SUV, allegedly hit an 8-year-old boy. The accident happened at St John Baptist Road near Jijamata Garden in Bandra (West). The police said that though the woman took the boy to the hospital, he could not survive. She has been taken into custody.
