Multiple public hearings later, Christiansburg to consider rezoning 37.9-plus acres on Kimball Lane for housing development

On Tuesday, February 24 at 7 pm, Christiansburg Town Council will consider rezoning 37.9-plus acres of land on 300 Kimball Lane S.W. to allow for a new housing development of 53 single-family detached homes. For the development to move forward, the land must be rezoned from Agriculture to Single-Family Residential.
