Police investigate if the driver crossed the red light before impacting on those outside the institution
A multiple hit in front of two schools in San Sebastián, Cusco, left a 73-year-old woman dead and eight schoolchildren injured.
Cusco The vehicle broke into an area of high attendance during the start of classes. The driver was intervened and will be subjected to ethyl dosage while the investigations continue.
Witnesses claim that the driver would have passed the red light. The police arrested the woman and kept her in custody while investigating the terrible fact.
