RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) - Rankin County deputies announced a missing man was found alive in a wooded area on August 13. Investigator Tyler Burnell, with the Rankin County Sheriff's Office, said Tracy Chalk was found in an area off of Woodrow Martin Road.
