Through Thursday area first responders both state and local are participating in active shooter training at the former Crisp County Middle School. This training consists of real time, staged scenarios. You will hear sirens periodically and possibly community chatter. Please know these are staged drills and there is no cause for concern. We do this so we can better serve our community.
