The Colmar Court of Appeal issued two decrees concerning the "Plein ciel" towers threatened with demolition in Mulhouse (Haut-Rhin), confirming the judgement handed down by the judicial court in 2024, but for the lawyer of the co-owners, the Court of Appeal did not rule on certain elements that could change the situation.
