A pedestrian was killed at about 6:40pm on Sunday at kilometer 13.1 of the PR-100 road in Cabo Rojo. The victim was identified as Javier Ascencio Arroyo, 86 years old. According to the police, the driver did not stop at the scene. Allegedly, the area in which the accident occurred lacks light. The Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) will continue the investigation.
