In an impeccable operation, agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) arrested this morning Héctor Mauricio Martínez Gutiérrez, known in the criminal world as “Crazy” or “Guicho”, an active member of the dreaded Fulton Locos Salvatrúchos de la Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13). The arrest took place at a vehicle control point installed in the Emmanuel community, on the main road of Santa Tecla, La Libertad Sur.
The National Civil Police (PNC) captured Héctor Mauricio Martínez Gutiérrez, alias "Crazy" or "Guicho", a gang member of the MS, who has had a criminal record since 2010 for: aggravated homicides, aggravated extortion, and illegal groups. According to police information, this criminal of the clique Fulton Locos Salvatruchos was intervened through a checkpoint, which was installed in the Emmanuel community, in Santa Tecla, La Libertad Sur.
