In an impeccable operation, agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) arrested this morning Héctor Mauricio Martínez Gutiérrez, known in the criminal world as “Crazy” or “Guicho”, an active member of the dreaded Fulton Locos Salvatrúchos de la Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13). The arrest took place at a vehicle control point installed in the Emmanuel community, on the main road of Santa Tecla, La Libertad Sur.
