Energy rates are key on the Eurogroup agenda
National Economy and Finance Minister and Eurogroup President Kyriakos Pierrakakis was in Brussels on Monday to participate in the Eurogroup and Ecofin meetings, as well as in the extraordinary videoconference of the G7 finance ministers that will precede the meeting of the eurozone finance ministers.
The president of the Eurogroup, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, has been open to implementing measures in the face of the economic consequences of the open war in the Middle East and has pointed out the possibility of doing so by adjusting the package of measures already approved by the Community bloc in 2022 following the invasion of Russian from Ukraine.
