- Gandhi alleged half of affected families have not received compensation and urged the government to grant land titles guaranteed under the Forest Rights Act.
- Criticizing lack of healthcare and education infrastructure, Gandhi claimed families were "abandoned in the heart of India" and demanded Chief Minister Mohan Yadav ensure basic service delivery.
- The opposition leader also criticized the Centre regarding MGNREGA renaming, urging officials to prioritize making the employment guarantee scheme functional rather than changing its name.
