Officer on Horseback Chases Suspect Through New York Streets
- On Wednesday, NYPD Officer Kyle McLaughlin and his horse, Kelly, apprehended a purse snatcher at W. 72nd St. and Columbus Ave. after a victim reported the theft.
- Authorities identified the suspect as 44-year-old Felicia Field, who served 24 years for the April 29, 2000, killing of livery cab driver Cesar Manuel Lopez and remains on lifetime parole.
