Council closes recycling centre after ‘persistent’ fly-tipping
A recycling centre in Surrey has permanently closed because of ongoing fly-tipping problems, a council has said. Reigate & Banstead Borough Council announced it will close the recycling site at Stubbs Lane, Kingswood, despite efforts to combat illegal waste dumping.
