FALMOUTH – A garbage truck apparently blew a hydraulic line causing the liquid to spill over a large section of East Falmouth Highway (Route 28) around 10 AM Thursday. Firefighters put down absorbent material in the area between Davisville Road and Central Avenue. Further details were not immediately available.
