A Lincoln Park man has been arraigned on three felony charges after a fatal hit-and-run crash in Melvindale. Kenneth Gill Jr., 48, was arraigned in 24th District Court on May 15 in connection with a crash that occurred at about 2:19 p.m. on May 9.
