Motorist Assaults Nurse in Hospital After Accident

The driver who crashed into a lamppost on Sunday evening assaulted a nurse in the hospital later that night. The man was treated for his injuries but ignored the nursing staff's good intentions. Police arrested him for assaulting a paramedic and driving under the influence.
