At approximately 2:40am, Irving Police and Fire responded to a major accident in the eastbound lanes of Highway 114 near MacArthur Blvd. Authorities determined a vehicle was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 114 when it struck a motorcycle head-on.
