A motorcyclist was taken to a Nashville hospital Sunday morning following a crash involving a semi-truck. A motorcyclist was flown to a Nashville hospital after being hit by a truck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in front of Love’s Travel Stop on Sunday morning.
