Mother of migrant killed in Border Patrol chase files wrongful-death lawsuit

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, JUL 18 – The lawsuit claims Border Patrol's high-speed chase over a license plate mismatch caused a crash killing two, despite policies limiting pursuits to immediate threats, with speeds over 110 mph recorded.
