A 16-year-old boy has confessed to his role in the deaths of his mother and half-sister during hours of interrogation with police. Both victims were found lifeless on Friday in the old rectory of Haasrode, a sub-municipality in the Belgian Oud-Heverlee. The fire brigade was called to a fire, but found a woman and her daughter in the house.
