“The months of April to June alone accounted for more than 3,000 cases, including more than 1,000 in June alone,” said Farhan Haq, the UN Deputy Spokesperson for the Secretary-General, on Wednesday, citing data from the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). So far this year, the Concordia Departmental Police Headquarters has made 219 arrests in compliance with court-ordered arrest warrants.
