A survey found that of 138 magistrates occupying the highest courts of the provinces, 88 registered some political, prior labor or family connection with the provincial governments. La Rioja, San Juan, San Luis, Formosa and Entre Ríos top the ranking courts with political dependencies. Experts warn that they now want to bring that model to the highest court of the Nation.
