JERUSALEM. Israel's proximity to Qatar was not only Benjamin Netanyahu's way of arranging money for Hamas in Gaza. It was also a source of private income: the prime minister and his family have acquired well-stocked bank accounts and properties in a number of countries over the years of intimate relations with Qatar.
