FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Grand Cities and some parts of Cass County will be spraying for mosquitoes again on Thursday night. Crews are expected to be out spraying between 9 p.m. and midnight, if weather allows, in both Grand Forks and East Grand Forks.
