Mortgage rates in the Czech Republic continue to fall only very slowly. According to the Swiss Life Hypoindex indicator, the average offer rate at the beginning of June was 4.94 percent, which was just under three-tenths of a percentage point lower than at the end of last year. During May, it decreased only cosmetically, by two-hundredths of a percentage point.

The mortgage market is still waiting for a stronger impulse in the process of discounting. According to Swiss Life Hypoindex, the average offer rate in June was 4.94 percent. It fell by only three-tenths of a percentage point compared to the end of last year. Meanwhile, real estate prices continue to rise sharply.
