Zacatecas, Zac., At a legislative opening, the Morena bench in the local Congress approved –in a surprising extraordinary period – a reform to the Zacatecas Electoral Law to modify the procedure for assigning members of that body by the principle of proportional representation, one month after the start of the process to renew 30 seats, 58 municipalities and the government.
Morena and PVEM endorsed in Zacatecas to change the distribution of multi-nominal seats, after modifying the original proposal last hour.
