More than an overlook: reimagining Reading’s Pagoda

I love visitor centers. They serve as the front door of a historic site or other place of interest. As such, they are often impressive buildings in beautiful surroundings, a lot like the Pagoda (more on that later). Crucially, these buildings have public restrooms, eliminating a stop or two at a gas station. They also have interactive maps and a helpful person behind the counter.
