For many working Americans, hydration is a secondary concern until the afternoon. A recent survey of 2,000 working adults revealed that while 87% agree that staying hydrated, especially in the morning, sets the tone for a productive day, 34% admit to not drinking water until after 3 p.m. The study, conducted by Hint Water and Talker Research, asked workers how much water they need before 10:00 a.m. to have a productive day.
