‘More storms, more interest, more skiing’: OpenSnow forecasters say El Niño is increasing odds of a snowy winter

OpenSnow says Colorado and Utah have seen above-average March snowfall in 10 of 10 El Niño winters since 1982, but forecasters warn of no guarantee.
