More flooding possible Wednesday as soaked ground and returning storms threaten region

WILMINGTON, Ohio — With creeks still running high and the ground saturated from days of heavy rain, the National Weather Service is warning that another round of showers and thunderstorms could bring locally heavy rainfall and additional flooding to the region on Wednesday.
