Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) gave 30 days for the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) to manifest himself on the plan of territorial resumption of organized crime that was presented by the government of the state of Rio de Janeiro. The planning was presented by the Fluminense management at the end of last year, in December, within the framework of ADPF 635, known as ADPF das Favelas.
