Women Blue Collar Workers in Decline

Women make up only 14.45 per cent of blue collars in the City of Montreal, compared to 20 per cent of the workforce in 2006. Psychological harassment "always well present", sexual harassment "always common" and often "unsuited" clothing are among the few women in the workforce, according to one study.
