Monticello man booked for sexual exploitation of a minor, other charges in Cass County

(Atlantic) -- A Monticello, Iowa man was arrested on a bevy of charges late last week in Cass County.

(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ismael Alejandro Cerpa Huerta, 29, of Monticello, on August 7th on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, enticing a minor under the age of 16, four counts of dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors, and grooming.
