ABINGTON – Officials will focus on lead remediation efforts across Montgomery County after authorizing a nearly $1.43 million contract on Thursday. The roughly three-year agreement between the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and Genesis Housing Corporation, of Norristown, will procure services for a “ program to control lead hazards in residential dwellings and provide lead-safe housing for Montgomery County children.” …
