Montecito Sanitary District’s New Sewer Rates Kick in July 1

The Montecito Sanitary District‘s Board of Directors approved new sewer rates last week, stating that the district needs to fund much-needed repairs to the district’s wastewater treatment plant and other capital improvement projects.
