COURMAYEUR – A high-altitude accident occurred this morning on the Tour Ronde, on the Brenva side of Mont Blanc. A French mountaineer lost his life after falling approximately 150 meters while rappelling. According to initial reports, the cause of the accident was an anchor failure.
