MONROE — Troopers from SP Monroe arrested Jerry Hollender, 71, of Monroe, for public lewdness on July 11. At approximately 4:20 p.m., State Police were dispatched to the Sloatsburg Service Area in Sloatsburg for a report of a man exposing himself.
