MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Monroe County man who was arrested on human trafficking charges has pleaded guilty to a single count of sex trafficking of a minor. Sixty-nine-year-old Steve Colburn pleaded guilty to the charge in federal court.
