MOMBASA, Kenya Apr 2 – The Environment and Land Court of Kenya in Mombasa has ordered the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Finance in the County Government of Mombasa to pay over Sh2.7 million to a law firm over an unpaid legal bill.
