Texas Mom Tracked Child's Phone After Car Stolen with 3 Kids Inside, Sheriff Says

  • Humble Police Department officers located the stolen vehicle on the Eastex Freeway and conducted a traffic stop, placing the suspect in custody and safely recovering the two younger children.
  • Authorities identified the suspect as Xavion Starks, who was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and has been booked into the Harris County Jail.
